About the event
Hello,
This will serve as the registration for our Pitcher's Program (Nov/Dec). There will be 4 slots available for this program. Two sessions per week will be instructed by head coach Yusef Hamilton over an 9 week period.
The Tri-City Generals Catchers Legacy Program is designed to develop tough, high-IQ catchers. This training focuses on core physical skills every catcher needs: receiving and pitch framing, mastering quick and clean blocking, and refining footwork and throw-downs. Through specialized mobility and strength work built for the physical demands of the position, the Catchers Legacy program builds complete, disciplined backstops who elevate their entire team and perform with confidence at the highest level.
***Prerequisite: Student athletes are required to have successfully completed either summer academy, fall training academy or Legacy Program at TCG to be eligible to register for this program
COST: $535 (9 weeks)
