TCG Winter 26' Pitcher's Legacy Program (B) M/W 5pm

This will serve as the registration for our Pitcher's Program (Nov/Dec). There will be 4 slots available for this program. Two sessions per week will be instructed by head coach Yusef Hamilton over an 9 week period.

The Tri-City Generals Pitching Legacy Program is built to develop training focuses on the core fundamentals of effective pitching—building repeatable delivery mechanics, increasing fastball velocity, sharpening break on off-speed pitches, and mastering location. The program integrates a dedicated strength and conditioning curriculum—focusing on explosive leg power, core stability, shoulder health, and full-body mobility—to maximize rotational power, boost endurance on the mound, and protect against arm injury throughout the season.

***Prerequisite: Student athletes are required to have successfully completed either summer academy, fall training academy or Legacy Program at TCG to be eligible to register for this program
