The Tri-City Generals Summer Training Academy is a high-performance developmental program built for athletes who are looking for the work required to be the best. For 8 weeks we will maintain a focused, high-tempo schedule designed to take advantage of every minute in the training facility.

Our mission is to build the complete player through a structured, disciplined approach to the game. The curriculum integrates high level baseball skill work while creating a solid physical foundation to maximize athleticism. Players will undergo programming for: 

-60+ Hours of Professional Programming

-Mobility and Flexibility Protocols

-Intensive Strength and Conditioning
